Traffic alert: Incident and fuel spillage causes M180 closures

THE M180 eastbound in North Lincolnshire is closed between J4 (Lincoln) and J5 (Humber Bridge) due to an incident and large fuel spillage.

Humberside Police are at the scene.

For a diversion, exit the M180 eastbound at J4 and take the 1st exit at the roundabout to join the A15 northbound. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit to join the A18 eastbound and continue on this road via Wrawby 7 miles.

After Coskills take the 1st exit at the roundabout to join the A15 northbound and at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit to re-join the M180 at J5.  

Road users are advised to allow plenty of extra time for their journey and may wish to consider using an alternative route if possible.
