West Yorkshire office scheme secures latest tenant

Security company Securitas has signed a 10-year lease on 3,830 sq ft of space at a development in Normanton.

Carter Towler’s office agency team secured the deal for Unit 1 at Courtyard 31, close to junction 31 of the M62.

Philip Shopland-Reed, senior surveyor at Carter Towler, said: “We are extremely pleased that Securitas has chosen to locate their offices at Courtyard 31.  

“It demonstrates their confidence that the high quality of the buildings and their convenient location can provide them with a base in the area for many years to come.  Securitas is a well-respected company and it’s fantastic that they were willing to make such a long term commitment to the property.”

There are two buildings remaining at Courtyard 31 which comprises nine air-conditioned two-storey self-contained offices buildings with private parking.
