The unit is of an exceptionally high specification and will be utilised as a major national hub for the company.
“We strive to deliver high specification units at Markham Vale and have delivered yet another building to an occupier’s specific operational requirements. With further land currently in development at Markham Vale, we are excited by what 2017 holds for this flagship site.”
Paul Dodgson, operations director at Ferdinand Bilstein UK, based in Kent, commented: “We chose Markham Vale for its key location and immediate transport links which ultimately played a part in our decision to move here.
“Once the facility is up and running, it will become a major national hub for our UK business, allowing us to deliver an even quicker and quality client service, with later collection times and next day deliveries. We look forward to moving some of our key business operations to Markham Vale.”
