Trio of hotels up for sale with combined £8.7m price tag

A trio of hotels, including a Best Western in West Yorkshire, are up for sale with a combined guide price of £8.7m.
The Deckers Group, represented by Savills, has brought to market Best Western Pennine Manor Hotel in Huddersfield, and Royal Toby and Crimble Hall near Rochdale.
The 31-bedroom Best Western Pennine Manor Hotel has a guide price of £1.25m and is located on the outskirts of the village of Scapegoat Hill. The property has recently been refurbished and also features the Hilltop Bar & Restaurant with panoramic views, plus four function rooms catering for up to 150 guests.
Royal Toby has a guide price of £5.5m and is located in Castleton, on the outskirts of Rochdale, while Crimble Hall is situated in the countryside midway between Rochdale and Heywood and is available at a guide price of £1.95m.
Tom Cunningham, hotels director at Savills, says: “Each of these established hotels and restaurants is well known in its local area and has a strong trading history. With the UK’s regional hotel and leisure market remaining buoyant, we expect them to have wide investor appeal both as a group and individual assets.”
