Latest Appointments: Vice-president for Syphan, Tomahawk appoint general manager at Woodlands and more

SYPHAN Technologies, the Skipton-based security technology company, has appointed a new vice-president to head up their engineering team.
Levon Pettrous-Terzaghian has more than 20 years industry experience having previously held roles such as vice-president of development at Viewgate Networks and R&D director for Madge Networks.
Levon will be responsible for leading the firm’s team of hardware and sofware engineers to develop new security appliances.
CEO of Syphan, Pravin Mirchandani said: “We are delighted to have been able to secure Levon’s services.

THE Tomahawk Group, which runs three Yorkshire hotels, has appointed a general manager to it’s Leeds-based Woodlands Hotel.
Craig Squelch joined The Woodlands from his position of general manager at Tomahawk’s Sheffield-based hotel, Aston Hall.
He has been with the group for three years and was appointed as a director last year.
Mr Squelch said: “I am delighted to be taking the helm at Woodlands and looking forward to making my ‘stamp’ on the hotel.

SHEFFIELD engineering company, Davy Markham, has strengthened its administrative team with a trio of appointments.
John Moseby has been appointed as training controller to manage the firms apprenticeship programme, Chris Abraham joined as assistant quality manager while Allan Holdgate has been recruited as a Senior Estimator.
DavyMarkham’s managing director, Kevin Parkin said: “John, Chris and Allan are all experienced in their particular fields and will gear up our capabilities in key areas.”

MARKETING agency, Ashley Bolser Agency (ABA) has made a series of new appointments to its Leeds-based team.
Neil Roebuck has joined the company as art director, Amelia Newsome has been appointed as an account manager and Sarah Hancock and Andrea Bennett have joined as account executives.
