Developer to build 322 apartments in Leicester

Leicester’s Bath Lane is set for more new housing after a developer was given the go-ahead to build 322 units

Watkin Jones will build the Build to Rent (BTR) accommodation, which will consist of 174 one bed units, 137 two bed units and 11 three bed units.

The company expects to start work on the site in next year with a phased completion anticipated during 2019-2020.
