Civil engineering firm buys 5,000 sq ft Lincoln unit

O’Boyle Civil Engineering has bought a 5,000 sq ft unit on Stirlin Developments’ Riverside Enterprise Park, Lincoln.

LSH, acting on behalf of Stirlin Developments, secured the sale for an undisclosed sum to O’Boyle Civil Engineering, which has been established for over 25 years. The company is run by three directors, Anthony, Chris and Rob O’Boyle.
