Castle Donington office sold in joint deal

Sunny Landa and David Brown

NG Chartered Surveyors and David Brown Commercial have struck a deal to sell a prime 4,800 sq ft office building on Willow Farm Business Park, Castle Donington.

The joint agency deal sees the office scheme, at 4 Boundary Court, bought by a private investment vehicle. NG and David Brown acted on behalf of vendor.

Willow Farm is owned by East Midlands developer Wilson Bowden.

NG director Sunny Landa, said: “Unsurprisingly, there was good demand for this rare freehold opportunity, which is strategically located close to the M1 Motorway.

“Willow Farm Business Park is set to grow, with a final two-acre phase having planning consent for industrial warehouse uses, and so this sale means not only has the vendor secured a solid deal, but they buyer has bought a property in a fast – growing location.

“As ever, working with David Brown was a pleasure, and I’d like to thank him for all the work he put into completing the deal.”

David Brown added: “This is an excellent result in what is still at times a challenging market for this particular type of product.

“As always our experience of working with NG was very positive. There are certain places where the commercial property market looks towards both Derby and Nottingham and in these locations some clients find it useful to use agents from both cities on a joint basis. We have a positive working relationship with NG and find we are always able to work well together to the benefit of the client.”
