Derbyshire property company expands into new premises

A Derbyshire business specialising in residential and commercial property management has moved to new premises following funding from Barclays.

Family-owned Ground Solutions UK, based in Swadlincote, which was set up in 2006, specialises in residential apartment block management, open space management as well as commercial management and developers.

Director Richard Pett said: “The business has been growing rapidly since its’ inception in 2006 and it became necessary to purchase the two new units on Optimum Business Park to allow us to expand further.”

John Hunter, relationship manager at Barclays in Derbyshire said: “The directors and their team have continued to grow the business by focussing on three key areas. I am delighted we have been able to provide the funding to support this move.”

The company has also received a grant from the Derby Entrprise Growth fund.
