Property deal to bring ‘landmark’ residential scheme to Nottingham

A new “landmark” residential development in Nottingham could be on the way after the former Gala Bingo site in St Ann’s was sold.

BSP Holdings, advised by Savills has bought the site from Buzz Group Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

Subject to planning permission, the property development and investment company aims to redevelop the site into a new residential/student scheme.

This acquisition shows our confidence in the market and represents a multi-million pound investment in the regeneration of Nottingham.”
