Developer completes on 95,000 sq ft warehouse scheme

How the new scheme will look

Developer St Modwen has marked practical completion of phase one at prime employment space, St Modwen Park Lincoln – formally known as Network 46.

The development spans two buildings and has created more than 95,000 sq ft of warehouse and manufacturing space on the A46 between Lincoln and the A1.

Rob Richardson, seniordevelopment manager at St Modwen, said: “This represents a significant milestone in a very important project. This site represents huge opportunity for businesses within the region and we are confident will appeal to a diverse occupier profile that will be a major boost for the Lincolnshire economy.”

Lincoln-based Banks Long is marketing the scheme with Cushman and Wakefield.

Lindum Construction led on the build program to deliver the scheme on time.

Practical completion of phase one follows St Modwen’s submission of a planning application for its next phase of development at the site, which will see a further 75,000 sq ft developed.

Planning consent had originally been granted for more than 960,000 sq ft of commercial space on the 70-acre business park, part of which has been developed with occupiers including Apogee, Turbine Efficiency DPDUK and DHL, formally UKMail. St Modwen’s plans include an additional 735,000 sqft, across the 40 acres of remaining development land.
