Campion Solicitors is moving to new office on Pride Park in Derby after relocating from Marble Hall.

The firm is headquartered in Nottingham and specialises in conveyancing, family and mediation law, wills and probate.

Campion’s new offices are on Brunel Parkway and the deal to relocate was brokered by Salloway Property Consultants.

Managing director, Stephen Campion, said: “Having now successfully traded since 1985, we are extremely aware of the need to provide a cost-effective and excellent service to clients.

“We have 52 staff and this office move is the first step in our expansion plans. It is extremely accessible for clients, being near to the M1 and other major roads and has excellent car parking.

“Salloway Property Consultants acted on behalf of the landlord and we are extremely grateful for the efficient way in which they assisted and handled the letting process throughout. Hugo Beresford has been particularly helpful and diligent.”

Salloway’s surveyor, Hugo Beresford, added: “It has been a pleasure to facilitate Campions’ move and to help achieve their ambition of securing suitable office premises on Pride Park.

“The property is right at the hub of business life in Derby. Indeed, they will now be a near neighbour of ours.

“We wish them great success and welcome them to the Pride Park community.”
