Nottingham Hot Property warms up for 2019

Nottingham Hot Property 2018

The run up to this year’s Nottingham Hot Property is heating up quicker than ever, so we are taking a minute to reflect on last year’s record-breaking event and see what else is cooking up this year.

Once again, The BusinessDesk.com is the official media partner for NHP and each week we will be bringing you an exclusive look behind the scenes and catching up with all the sponsors and partners who make the event possible.

Last year marked Hot Property’s 14th year and we witnessed more than 700 of Nottingham’s property and construction professionals coming together to support both the performers and the chosen charity PASIC – an organisation that supports terminally ill children and their families.

2018 – themed ‘Nottstock’ as a nod to the famous Woodstock festival – also marked the highest fundraising total to date. An incredible £19,000 was raised, which brought the grand total up to £270,000.

Hot Property’s 15 year anniversary is certainly set to exceed the success of last year and will support the chosen charity Marcellus Baz, founder of Switch-up and its sister organisation The Nottingham School of Boxing. The charity aims to keep young people away from crime through positive physical engagement and mentoring.

Once again PRYZM, Nottingham’s largest nightclub will host Hot Property and help bring the theme ‘Throwback Thursday’ to life. The event, on November 21st, is to set to be the biggest yet with performances ranging from the girl power of the Spice Girls to the disco era of Chic Le Freak.

We’re also delighted to announce that all the sponsorship places have now been filled thanks to B&M Interiors, Couch Perry Wilkes, CPMG, Faithful + Gould, Fraser Brown, Pulse Associates, Samclo Construction, Savills and Shakespeare Martineau. Joining these are agency Cartwright Communications, design agency Blimey Creative and design and print agency Ginger Root.

Hot Property has seen more than 100 people take the stage over the years, so rehearsals have officially kicked off in order to give all performers a chance to perfect their vocals, dance routines and any other surprises they have in store.
