Industrial units at Black Country trade park hit the market

Matt Tilt

Northern Trust has instructed national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) to market vacant industrial units at a West Midlands business park.

The property investment, development, land management and regeneration specialist has appointed Matt Tilt, head of industrial agency at LSH in Birmingham, to secure occupiers at Navigation Point, Golds Hill Way in Tipton.

The business park, which comprises 16 industrial/warehouse units, is located near the A41 at Great Bridge.

Tilt said: “Following the relocation to another site by a tenant that occupied several units, there is now a number of units available for occupation, ranging from 1,431 sq ft to 9,578 sq ft. They are suitable for trade use and some units can also be combined to provide larger space if required.”

He added: “We’re receiving a strong level of interest from businesses in the region that want to relocate to a high quality business location that benefits from modern units, in a prominent location, with 24-hour access, ample parking, and a gated site with monitored CCTV.”

In the last 12 months, Northern Trust has added over 500,000 sq ft to its portfolio through new acquisitions in Swadlincote and Cannock in the Midlands, along with various locations across the North West of England and Scotland.
