Plans go in for hotel, housing and office scheme

Proposals for a mixed-use scheme which also include plans for a hotel have been submitted to Birmingham City Council.

The plans would see the redevelopment of the site at 193 Camp Hill, Highgate to offer 480 homes, a hotel and flexible/commercial floorspace of 1,480 sq m.

The scheme, proposed by Eutopia Homes, would be arranged in seven blocks ranging from three to 26 storeys.

Plans also include an energy centre to provide heat and power for the development.
