Property People: Law firm adds to conveyancing team; Eight promotions at Savills; and more

Louise Saha has joined the residential conveyancing team at Ansons Solicitors following a period of expansion for the firm.

With more than 15 years experience of dealing with property transactions, she advises on a range of property matters.

Head of residential property, Julie Tomasik said: “Attracting someone of Louise’s calibre stands testament to the high-quality services we deliver. We knew that bringing her experience and expertise into the team would add significant value to our clients and the business in general.

“Joining Ansons during a period of substantial growth, her in-depth knowledge and understanding of property matters will ensure clients receive the tailored guidance they require.”

Operating from offices in Cannock, Lichfield and Halesowen, 2019 will be a busy year for Ansons as it expands its operations into Sutton Coldfield, with a new full-service office opening in Mere Green’s Mulberry Walk retail development later in the year.

Savills has announced eight promotions at its Birmingham office.

The promotions will see one person move up to director level, four become associate directors and a further three take on the role of associate.

David Eden has been promoted to director while Matt Jenns, David Chatten, Barry Gaffney, and Katie Aitchison move up to associate director level.

Mark Mansell, Emma Prowse and Jo Pullin have been promoted to associates.
