Eco2Solar up to £5m turnover in five years

KIDDERMINSTER solar energy specialist Eco2Solar is on line to report record end of year figures.

The business completes its fifth financial year end this month and expects to report turnover of more than £5m.

Managing director Paul Hutchens said: “These are exciting times for Eco2Solar. Solar energy isn’t just for the future, it is here and now.

“We have an ambitious five-year strategic plan to invest in more technologies, new build housing and the Government’s Green Deal.  Ultimately, it is our goal to be the leading UK small-scale energy company.”

In five years, Eco2Solar has completed well over 1,000 installations for both private homes and commercial properties.

It has worked with the likes of Mansell Construction, The Environment Agency, Birmingham City Council, Thomas Vale and South Warwickshire NHS Trust.

It has also completed several installations for new build primary schools with Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and Worcestershire County Council.

Eco2Solar has also completed high profile projects in London, the North-East and North Wales in the last few months.

The firm has also just signed a preferred supplier agreement with construction group Galliford Try.
