A BIRMINGHAM property development company is constructing its first site of new build houses after securing a £1.2m funding package. Scott Arms Properties, which was established in 2011, is building 22 properties at a plot on Amie Lane, Great Barr. The homes include 10 three-bedroom houses and 12 two-bedroom apartments.The business has employed builder Peter Jennings Ltd to complete the development alongside a team of sub-contractors.
