Extended deadline for Masters entries
COMPANIES in the West Midlands now have an extra fortnight to get their entries in for this year’s Business Masters Awards.
The best entrepreneurs and businesses in the West Midlands will again be celebrated at TheBusinessDesk.com’s second annual Business Masters Awards.
The deadline for entries has been extended until Friday April 19.
The Masters awards recognise success in innovation, international trade, manufacturing, social responsibility and leadership, while new business success will also be celebrated in the West Midlands Newcomer award.
TheBusinessDesk.com editor Andy Coyne said: “We know how busy firms are in the current climate and the extra two weeks will help those businesses that may have been struggling to meet the earlier deadline.
“We want to gather as many nominations – including self-nominations – as possible to make sure we are highlighting in these awards the amazing talent and entrepreneurial flair shown by West Midlands firms that we write about every day.
“I would urge anyone who is considering entering these awards to do so. It really is worth the effort.”
In other Masters news, Birmingham signs and graphics company Hollywood Monster is the latest company to sign up as a sponsor of the awards,
The Tyseley-based firm joins accountancy firm Baker Tilly, advisory firm Clearwater Corporate Finance and law firm Higgs & Sons as a sponsor.
The lunchtime event, to be held on Thursday May 16 at the Hyatt hotel in Birmingham, is a fresh alternative to other business awards events. With just six awards, the focus is on quality, not quantity.
