New employment services team at Dains

DAINS Accountants has launched a dedicated Employment Services Department. The team, headed by Samantha Davies, has been created due to increased demand with more and more businesses requiring professional advice to manage their increasing legal and tax compliance obligations.

Headed by tax partner and head of department Ms Davies, the team includes senior manager Michelle Perry, who has over 10 years experience and Mahboob Ali, who will be helping to take the team’s services to new clients.

Spencer Wright, Dains chief executive, said: “Following the opening of our Colmore Row office last year we continue to innovate and build the depth and breadth of our client offering – so I am delighted to introduce our dedicated Employment Services Team.

“Employment tax and related costs can be some of the most material costs to an organisation and we are finding that clients are requiring more tax efficient reward structures as well as needing advice on how they can create efficiencies in their existing internal processes.

“The team have the experience and expertise to guide clients on the complexities around employment regulation and we welcome them to the firm.”
