Aston Court fully let after LBC moves in

A WYTHALL-based industrial equipment agent is moving into new offices on Bromsgrove Technology Park in a deal transacted by property consultancy GJS Dillon.

LBC Technologies has taken over the last remaining offices in Aston Court on the technology park after acquiring the freehold from West Midland Contracts of Welford-on-Avon. The courtyard office development of 15 self-contained office buildings is now fully let.

LBC Technologies is an agent for the sale of machinery, industrial equipment, aircraft and ships. The company was established in 1997.

The two-story offices at 12, Aston Court consist of 1,197 sq ft of open plan office space with five dedicated parking spaces.

Toby Fellows of GJS Dillon, who acted for the vendor, said: “This is a high quality, modern office building in an attractive setting.

“Bromsgrove Technology Park is very well located just two miles from Bromsgrove town centre with excellent links to the Midlands’ motorway and rail networks. I am sure it will suit LBC well.”
