Colliers instructed to manage Parkgate scheme in Solihull

COLLIERS International’s Birmingham investment property management team has been brought in to manage the new Parkgate shopping and leisure centre in Shirley, Solihull.

Shirley Advance, a joint venture between Helical Bar and Coltham Developments, has instructed the Brindleyplace-based property consultancy to manage the 160,000 sq ft mixed use scheme.

The £85m development completed earlier this year.

It is anchored by an 80,000 sq ft Asda food store and boasts 26 new shops, cafes and restaurants including Pizza Express, Wetherspoons and 99p Stores. There is also a 24-hour gym.
