GJS Dillon set to market new Worcestershire business park

WORCESTERSHIRE commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has been appointed to market the new phase of a business park in the county capable of sustaining 30 jobs.

The Bewdley Business Park is a modern purpose-built commercial site fronting the main A456 Kidderminster Road, two miles west of Bewdley, on the fringe of the Wyre Forest.

GJS Dillon is initially looking to let 3,698 sq ft of business space in either one, two or three units.  When the space is let, up to 30 jobs could be created.

Sandy Macpherson, GJS Dillon letting agent, said: “This space is highly flexible and could suit the needs of a number of different sizes and types of business looking for office or warehouse space in a semi-rural location next to good road links.

“As it is currently still under construction, the new business premises can be designed to accommodate one tenant with a mixture of warehouse, office and mezzanine accommodation, or it can be adapted to provide three individual warehouse bays, each with separate roller shutter doors to the front elevation.”

The firm is using a neighbouring self-contained detached warehouse and office facility, already built for local business Light Ideas, to give potential tenants an idea of the type of facilities available.

The park houses a range of national and local businesses.
