Agents look to lure technology companies to Bromsgrove

PROPERTY agents are looking to attract technology firms to a new speculatively-built business park in Worcestershire.

Java House, on Bromsgrove Enterprise Park, has been speculatively developed by Singaporean investors.

The 6,000 sq ft facility, which offers Grade A office space, is currently being marketed by agents John Truslove and KWB.

Java House, part of the park’s most recently developed phase, has been developed to a high standard to try and attract firms used to such standards of accommodation.

The building features full raised floors, suspended ceilings incorporating recessed LED lighting, air-conditioning and aluminium-framed double glazed windows.
