Qatari investor buys law firm’s offices for £22.5m

Qatari investor Alduwaliya Asset Management has bought One Eleven Edmund Street in Birmingham city centre for £22.5m.
The office building, in Colmore Business District, is let to Gateley and the stock market-listed law firm pays £1.2m rent annually.
Alduwaliya Asset Management has acquired the 44,769 sq ft property from Hines – its first acquisition outside London. 
Knight Frank advised Alduwaliya and CBRE advised Hines on the sale.
