Shortlist revealed for Yorkshire Business Masters Awards 2018
More than 45 different firms have been shortlisted in TheBusinessDesk.com’s Yorkshire Business Masters Awards 2018.
Around 200 entries were submitted for the prestigious awards and judges have now shortlisted five firms in each of the categories.
SCX has been shortlisted three times, with Rosenbauer, North Brewing Company, Pure Pet Food, Ring, Paragon ID, Dynamics Network Group, Harrison Spinks and Brandon Medical being shortlisted twice.
The winners will be announced at the 2018 awards dinner on Thursday, April 26 at The Queens Hotel, Leeds. Tickets for the event, which attracts the region’s business leaders and influencers, are now available online.
Shortlisted firms will be invited to a pre-event drinks reception in the coming weeks. A sign-up list will be emailed directly.
This year’s event is sponsored by Hitachi Capital; with Clarion, Rahmen Ravelli, Together Money and Progeny as award sponsors.
Drinks sponsor this year is Network Marketing and Taste of Yorkshire Distillery are the toast sponsors for the evening.

This year’s judges were impressed by both the volume and quality of the submissions. Judges were Sheffield’s Master Cutler Ken Cooke, LeedsBID non-executive Diane Cheesebrough, Professor George Lodorfos of Leeds Beckett University and Leeds Community Foundation CEO Kate Hainsworth. LCF is this year’s chosen charity for the Yorkshire Business Masters Awards.
