Further expansion for Roomzzz

YORKSHIRE hotel brand Roomzzz Aparthotel UK is to further expand by launching two venues in the North West.

The Leeds-headquartered operation is taking over two buildings in Chester and Liverpool.

The openings later this year mark further progress for the business, which launched a venue in Newcastle in 2012 and which has three venues in Leeds. It also extended its venue in Manchester last month.

Mark Walton, head of Roomzzz Aparthotel UK, said occupancy levels had reached 87% across the company’s five sites.

Mr Walton added: “The Roomzzz brand is making unashamed progress in the industry. We’re keeping our heads in terms of offering and giving our customers exactly what they come to us for which is impeccable hospitality in key locations for a price that makes sense whatever your reasons are for travelling.”

Mr Walton also revealed plans to open Roomzzz venues in southern England.

He added: “New guests and regular guests of Roomzzz are feeding back to us of their delight to experience a Roomzzz Aparthotel in multiple cities – our real time loyalty scheme is playing a huge part in rewarding guests and we’re seeing huge peaks in repeat visits across all sites as a result.

“It’s an exciting and profitable time for us and we are focused on making our mark in innovation and more  new openings over the next 12 months.”

Roomzzz Aparthotel launched in 2006 and allows guests to stay in serviced apartments either on breaks or for longer periods if staying in a city for work.
