Hello Work expands at Leeds Dock

CO-WORKING and workspace group Hello Work is expanding its operations at Leeds Dock.

The site, which launched several months ago, will include a cafe, Caffeine & Co, and additional hotdesking space and meeting rooms, taking the firm’s space to 5,000 sq ft.

Caffeine & Co is an independent coffee shop, first established in 2012 in Manchester. It now has three outlets across the North.

Alex Hill from the Hello Work team, said: “Hello Work is all about creating the right eco-system in which businesses can grow and flourish.

“From our experience, and from talking to Leeds-based entrepreneurs about what they need from us in the city, the next step is to offer the very best in terms of places to eat and drink and to expand our offer of events and support.”

Managing director of Caffeine & Co, Phil Howells, commented: “As growing business ourselves, we buy in to Hello Work’s ethos of creating a great environment in which companies can develop. We’ve moved to Leeds Dock, and strengthened our partnership with Hello Work, as we’re confident that start-up and small business will buy into our truly independent ethos as well.

“We make all our own food and only brew the finest coffees and teas, and we’ve built our business on that basis. We look forward to growing even more at Leeds Dock and welcoming people into our space.”
