Patent attorney opens Leicester office

AdamsonJones, the Nottingham-based firm of patent and trade mark attorneys, has opened an office in Leicester, its third office in the East Midlands.

Nic Ferrar, director and patent attorney, will head up the Leicester office.

He said: “Leicester has a relatively high proportion of manufacturing enterprises – 13.4% compared to the national average of 6.3%. As our company has grown so has our breadth of technical expertise and we consider high-tech manufacturing and engineering to represent not only a core area of expertise for us, but also a key strength in the Leicestershire economy. We are keen to support innovation in this sector over the coming years.”
