Slimming World expands in East Mids with 40,000 sq ft deal

Slimming World has expanded its East Midlands presence after taking a 40,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at Junction 28 of the M1.

The deal was brokered by FHP Property Consultants, which acted on behalf of landlords Legal & General.

Tim Gilberton of FHP said: “Having acted on behalf of Legal & General on some of their other disposals in the region previously, I was delighted to be asked to offer this property to the market.

“Having met Slimming World a few times previously and knowing of their quest for additional storage capacity given their ongoing expansion, it was great to bring them to this unit as it clearly fitted the bill for their needs.

“I wish Slimming World well in this property for the future.”
