Nottingham agent seals record-breaking city centre deal
NG Chartered Surveyors has landed another major deal in Nottingham city centre.
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, NG director Sunny Landa has sealed a deal to sell a 1,407 sq ft unit to a student accommodation provider for a “record-breaking” price.
Unit F at King Edward Court on King Street is part of a courtyard office development on the south-eastern edge of the city centre.
Landa said: “Using our knowledge of the market and experience of dealing with this size of office accommodation, we worked on a proactive marketing campaign that resulted in a fantastic result for our client.
“To achieve such a record breaking price at King Edward Court is a great achievement by the NG team. I’d urge any other landlord with similar stock to get in touch with us immediately.”
The price of the transaction has not been disclosed.
