Green light to turn major city centre office space into apartments

A West Midlands developer has beenm given the green light to turn a major Nottingham city centre office building into apartments.

Vinesh Aggarwial will transform 6 Castle Boulevard from offices into 48 flats.

The five-storey building has been empty for some time having been last occupied by Nottingham City Council and covers an area of 27,126 sq ft.

Nottingham City Council planning chiefs have now passed the plans for the scheme.
