Leftfield, a property investment firm, has received a new industrial/distribution development in Northamptonshire from Brackley Property Developments (BPD), having just completed construction.
The 43,432 sq ft self-contained unit, marketed by joint agents Savills and TBD Real Estate, is available for leasehold.
The development is situated on Leftfield Park Corby, a two-acre site off Cockerell Road near Wickes to the northeast of Corby town centre.
Leftfield Park Corby marks Leftfield’s fourth recent development and the second delivered by BPD.
