Encore does it again with tenth office
Encore Personnel is set to open its tenth office – this time in Derby.
The new branch will be led by Dave Walters, a recruitment professional with more than 25 years’ experience in Derby, Burton, Sutton-in-Ashfield and Sheffield.
He said: “This is a really exciting time for everyone at Encore. We’re already extremely active in Derby but having a base there will allow us to expand our operations within a 30 mile radius of Derby. The new office will mean that we’ll be able to service anywhere with a DE postcode.
“Encore already have offices in Leicester, Birmingham, Nottingham and Leeds so Derby was the natural choice for our next new branch. It joins up the dots between our Northern and Midlands branches.”
He added: “Encore will be bringing a fresh, innovative recruitment offering to Derby. At the moment there is a gap for Encore and I’m delighted that we’re in the position to grab this opportunity.”
Currently employing more than 160 members of staff across the UK, Encore is looking to recruit 50 more employees internally this year to meet added demand.
Operations director at Encore, Pete Taylor, said that the new Derby office will be an asset to Encore.
He said: “2016 is looking to be a fantastic year for Encore’s growth. The Derby office will strengthen our place as one of the leading recruitment agencies, not just in the Midlands, but throughout the UK.”
