Ego Restaurants: straight outta Compton… Acres

The Compton Acres area of West Bridgford is set to be the new home for a Mediterranean- themed bar and restaurant.

Ego Restaurants will open The Dorset Arms on the site of The Old Colonial pub and is recruiting for managers, supervisors and all levels of kitchen and floor staff before an opening date of December.

Ego describes its philosophy as “great food, a relaxed atmosphere and a wonderful dining experience.”

Ego’s menu is a mixture of specially-themed nights, Sunday Roasts, gluten free options and cocktails – as well as traditional lunch and a la carte. It also has a “Little Ego” childrens’ menu.

The Compton Acres restaurant will be Ego’s 14th outlet. It is also set to open at Fountain Bridge in Sutton-in-Ashfield on 31 October.
