Accreditation is the quality mark for legal professionals working in child-related law and is only available to solicitors and legal executives who can demonstrate that they “possess superior experience, knowledge and best practice in legal matters relating to children”.

Potter said: “When it comes to matters involving families and children, not only is the law often quite complex, it also demands a certain approach from professionals.

“I am delighted that I have been able to demonstrate I have the knowledge, skills and experience required in order to gain accreditation. It will help to give further confidence to clients that we really do work to very high standards.”
