Former DTZ director joins Innes England

Well-known East Midlands property professional Phil Glenn is to join Innes England as a director.

Glenn, who specialises in valuations, has 32 years’ experience in the commercial property world, and is a former director of DTZ – which merged with Cushman and Wakefield in 2015.

He will work closely with Innes England’s Steve Holland who is head of professional services. A registered property receiver, Glenn also has expertise in recovery and restructuring.

He said: “Innes England is a firm I was very pleased to be approached by. It’s a company which is innovative and progressive and it’s great to be joining the business at this exciting time.

“I have a lot of experience in the three cities and across the Midlands and look forward to bringing this to the business.”

Tim Garratt, managing director of Innes England, said: “Phil is a hugely respected figure in the East Midlands property world – and the professional team at Innes England will benefit from his experience.”

He added: “Rather than a traditional geographical structure, Innes England has moved to a workstream focussed approach which allows us to leverage the expertise of the senior team across the region and beyond for the benefit of our clients.”

Glenn joined DTZ after it merged with Neales Commercial in 1995. He became a director at DTZ in 2005.
