Colin has been with Castle Rock Brewery since 1994 – and has been the Nottingham company’s managing director since 2012. In 2010, the company was catapulted into the spotlight when its Harvest Pale brew was crowned Supreme Champion Beer of Britain. The company now runs over 20 pubs across the East Midlands.
