Tibshelf residential development gets green light

A development of 57 new homes on Doe Hill Lane, Tibshelf has received planning permission from Bolsover District Council.
The development by housebuilder Rippon Homes, named Cavendish Gardens, will include three and four bedroom homes.
Ian Dyke, mnaging director of Rippon Homes, said: “We are delighted to be building once again in Derbyshire. Our recent development known as Peacock Gardens in Eastwood was highly successful and we are anticipating a similar level of interest on these homes.”
Dyke continued: “This development is perfect for those wanting the best of both worlds. For those seeking a piece of quiet English countryside, Cavendish Gardens is surrounded by the beautiful Derbyshire landscape and for those travelling from nearby major cities – it has fantastic commuter links. It really is possible to have both at Cavendish Gardens.”
