Logistics firm moves into 45,000 sq ft Sandiacre unit

TCW Logistics has taken a 45,000 sq ft unit Sandiacre on a five-year lease.

Unit 1A on Mark Street was let in a deal brokered by FHP.

Tim Gilbertson of FHP said: “The flexibility of space available at Mark Street provides an excellent opportunity for a multitude of occupiers. We are happy to complete the letting with TCW Logistics, but eager to let the remaining space available down at Mark Street.”

Chris Proctor of FHP added: “With the refurbishment of the two storey office space and maintenance work of the warehouse space completed, it has created an excellent distribution centre for TCW Logistics.”
