New 34,000 sq ft warehouse at EMDC

Commercial Property Partners (CPP) has confirmed that a new 33,791 sq ft high quality warehouse is to be completed and available for occupation upon the East Midlands Distribution Centre (EMDC) this summer.

CPP has been instructed to market the new development which is scheduled for completion in June 2017, when the premises will be available to let by way of a new lease for a term of 5 years.

CPP partner Sean Bremner, who is based in the firm’s East Midlands office, said: “This building is a rare opportunity for an occupier to acquire Grade A space on non-institutional lease terms. The location is supremely well connected to both labour pools and transport infrastructure, which are attractive features as is demonstrated with key occupiers upon EMDC including M&S, Birlea Furniture and more recently Moran Logistics.
