NG brings new Turkish barbers to Alfreton

Nottingham-based NG Chartered Surveyors has brokered a deal to bring a new barbers shop to Alfreton

Kelly Oakley, who only joined NG from university five months ago, has let a ground floor retail unit on High Street Alfreton, to Alfreton Barber Sho’, a professional Turkish barber company.

Oakley, who was acting on behalf of the landlord of the property, RI Blow, said: “It’s great to have my first deal under my belt, especially in what can be a challenging market in Alfreton. ‘Alfreton Barber Shop’ are looking to bring their successful business and loyal client base from their previous salons to the area, in which I’m sure they’ll play a vital part in the continuing success of Alfreton High Street. I wish them all the best for the future.”

James McArthur, director at NG who manages the parade for the landlord, said: “Kelly has worked hard in a difficult market and it is great to get this deal done. The parade is now nearly back to full occupancy with the final vacant unit is under offer and we are expecting that to complete before he end of April. ”

Yosif Khezerpour, of Alfreton Barber Shop, said: “Dealing with Kelly has been very straightforward and we managed to complete the transaction within a month of viewing the property. We are planning to have the shop up and running in the next couple of months and are looking forward to welcoming our new and returning customers.”
