Traffic alert: Nottingham city centre road closures

Motorists are being warned that Wollaton Street, Nottingham, will be closed at its junction with Talbot Street from Wednesday 31 May to Thursday 1 June 2017 from 8pm – 5am each day to provide a new water connection to Talbot House.

Nottingham City Council says a signed diversion will be in place to route all traffic from Talbot Street and Clarendon Street with Derby Street also being closed with access provided to residents living in Regent Court. Local businesses and private residents will be able to gain pedestrian access at all times during the works.

The Council says the impact of these works is expected to be moderate due to it being a half term plus the off peak times during which the works are taking place.
