NG fixes deals for Toolstation and Screwfix

NG Chartered Surveyors have brokered an off-market deal to buy two trade counters on the Ivanhoe Business Park in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

Acting on behalf of Bassi Properties, part of Bassi Group Nottingham, Richard Sutton from NG Chartered Surveyors has bought two 5,000 sq ft units let to household names Screwfix and Toolstation.

Sutton said: “It’s great to get this deal over the line for our client. The units will be a fantastic addition to the Bassi Properties Portfolio offering excellent covenant strength. Once again, this deals amply shows NG’s local commercial property knowledge, and being able to source opportunities like this on an “off-market” basis is always advantageous to our clients.

“Ivanhoe Business Park is one of the East Midlands’ most exciting locations, and is home to some of the most successful businesses in the region. As the it grows, we look forward to completing more deals there for clients old and new.”
