What has been your highlight of the year?
Strengthening the NG team this year , adding even more talent to the team.

And your lowlight?
Nothing that couldn’t be dealt with. Bring it on.

How do you think 2016 will be remembered?
A year of massive political change.

Hero of the year (business or otherwise)?
Sam Ross, an incredibly brave 12 year old boy who is battling leukaemia. NG have been raising funds for his chosen charity CLIC Sargent.
