New finance boss for BillSaveUK

Leicester-based energy saving solutions installer BillSaveUK has appointed Julian Cummins as its new chief financial officer.

The appointment comes 18 months after BillSaveUK started trading.

Previously finance director for SSP Hats, Cummins’s career began at ‘big four’ accountancy firm Deliotte.

He said: “Working in the energy saving sector is new to me but speaking from the experience I’ve gained working with SME businesses for the majority of my career, I can see the great opportunity BillSaveUK has to expand its volumes, its geographical footprint and its product range. And as the business grows, I think its status as a key partner to new build and utility customers will strengthen, firmly securing its position as an industry leader.”

BillSaveUK director, Bill Rumble added: “After 18 months of trading, we emerge from our start-up phase having implemented dozens of initiatives to improve our operational efficiency and deliver even higher levels of service to our customers.

“Julian has been welcomed into business and with his experience of the SME sector, we’ll heed his advice as we make key decisions about the the day to day running of our business and map out our future.”
