Multi-academy trust moves offices in Nottingham

Multi-academy trust organisation Transform Trust has moved into a 2,400 sq ft office at Unit 11 Castlebridge in a deal brokered by FHP.
Transform Trust joins a range of other tenants Castlebridge Office Village, including Specsavers, Avery Dennison, Sumo Digital and Fat Free Media.
Steve Cox, chief finance officer of Transform Trust, said: “We have been very demanding seeking new value for money premises which could serve a range of purposes to support children in our schools across Nottingham & Derby. We have sought a central location, well served by public transport and road, and sufficient usable space for both office and conferencing needs. FHP has made this process easy for us and we are delighted to have come to Castlebridge.”
Chris Proctor of FHP added: “Transform Trust were great to work with and we had terms agreed in a quick time frame allowing them to be operational well ahead of the next school year. This deal is further evidence that speculative refurbishments from Landlords are producing good level rents and high-quality tenants. We now have just 2 units left on Castlebridge Office Village of 1,572 sq ft & 2,185 sq ft and aim to have these under offer by October of this year.”
