NG lands hat-trick of deals in Nottinghamshire
NG Chartered Surveyors has sealed a hat-trick of deals on Solomon Park Industrial Estate in Cossall, Nottinghamshire.
Sunny Landa, director at NG, has let over 10,000 sq ft on Solomon Park to three expanding companies in three consecutive deals.
Day Star Campers has taken the 2,421 sq ft Unit 2, while Yihua Life has taken Unit 3a which is 4,807 sq ft and Premier Furnishings are the new tenants at Unit 4 which is a 4,412 sq ft Unit. All three firms have taken 5 year leases on their properties.
NG acted for a private landlord.
Landa said: “All three deals were completed in a very short space of time, and we’re delighted to help three fast-growing companies expand into new premises.
“This was a great result for our client and it proves that NG’s strategic advice, proactive marketing and ‘ear-to-the-ground’ approach is reaping results.”
Sunny says that the deal shows that pent-up demand exists for good-quality stock, and that landlords should continue to invest in their properties.
