QUIZ set for Leicester opening

Shopping centre retailer Hammerson has revealed that fast fashion retailer, QUIZ, has signed up to take space at Highcross, marking the brand’s debut in Leicester.

QUIZ will open a 3,000 sq ft store on the upper east mall of Highcross/

Launched in Scotland in 1993, QUIZ now has over 250 stores and concessions in the UK.

Iain Mitchell, UK commercial director at Hammerson, said: “We are delighted that QUIZ has chosen Highcross, a great addition for the evolving retail line-up at the centre. The signing marks another brand looking to take space at Highcross, following the exciting news of both Zara and JD Sports upsizing to new flagship stores, reinforcing the centre’s position as the region’s premier retail and leisure destination.”

Tarak Ramzan, chief executive officer of QUIZ, added: “We are excited to be opening our first Leicester store in Highcross. The new opening will increase the QUIZ presence in the East Midlands and we are confident that Highcross, with its broad range of retailers and leisure opportunities, will complement our existing estate.”
