A site in Lincolnshire which property experts says could be turned into a mixed-use employment scheme, is up for sale.

On behalf of private clients, Savills has brought to market the site on Gonerby Moor in Grantham. Offers are invited to purchase the vacant freehold along with potential joint ventures.

Comprising 199 acres (80 hectares) of development land, the site is suitable for a range of employment uses, subject to planning permission.
